ABOUT DOUG

Doug possesses over three decades of corporate experience dedicated to nurturing the growth of companies, individuals, and managers within corporate America. He has effectively guided and grown numerous professionals at various stages of their careers, from entry-level to advanced positions.

Doug obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, but he evolved his corporate career into managing software development and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams and departments, to build and deliver enterprise solutions. Doug's expertise lies in problem-solving and leadership, and he excels as both a mentor and manager. He is proficient at communication and collaboration with internal and external customers, is fluid in multiple SDLCs, and is a Certified Scrum Master.

After a rich corporate career, and found himself at a juncture where he became eager to share the many insights gained from his experiences. Coaching, for him, goes beyond a profession; it's a pathway to profound fulfillment. It fuels his dedication to empowering others to reach their full potential and thrive. Doug's pursuit of various ICF approved coaching accreditations CFCP (Certified Flow Coaching Professional) and ACC Level 2 (Advanced Coaching Certification) further signifies his enthusiasm for his own transformation.

As a Vistage Executive Chair I assist and support business leaders in making a positive impact on themselves, the people around them, and their business. As a Coach I ask difficult questions and help individuals and groups grow. This includes exploring and improving enmotional intelligence, decision-making, communication, and strategic thinking.
